We offer a private charter that allows you and your family to be the only guests on the boat. We will never add strangers to your trip. The trip we offer is very similar to what the cruise ship is selling at $188.00 per person for a 4 hour fishing trip. We are offering the 4 hour trip at $150 per person without having strangers put on the boat with you. You can setup a 6 hour trip for $200 per person and have a great time on your fishing trip without being rushed. If you have a long day in Ketchikan, an all day trip is the way to go. You will be able to see and experience more, the longer you are out on the water. Whales, porpoises, seals, sea lions and bald eagles are often seen fishing right along with us.

If you book your trip on board the ship they will provide bus transportation to the marina. If you book your trip with us you will taxi out to the marina. There are taxis waiting on the dock when the cruise ship arrives. You'll need to tell the driver you'd like to be dropped off and picked up from Knudson Cove Marina. The advantage to the taxi is not having to wait in line for all to show up for the bus, waiting in line for all to finish their trip and get back on the bus and being able to have the cab drop you off at the shopping center or another activity. You will have a much more personal trip.

There is custom fish processing available to you at the same price as those who will book on board will pay. The processing company send a representative to the marina twice a day to pick up the days catch. They will fillet, vacuum pack, and Fed Ex to anywhere in the US for $4.50 per pound. They charge you for the processed or outgoing weight.

Each of you will need a $20 fishing license. If you are fishing in May, June or July You will also need a $10 King salmon stamp. In the case of a rainy day, we supply raingear on the boat. There will also be pop, water and coffee on board.
